If you are a Pinterest manager or if you want to become one, why not start a Pinterest agency?
I see a lot of Pinterest managers make the mistake of trying to do everything alone in their business.
What ends up happening is that they get burnt out very quickly.
If you are serious about doing Pinterest management full-time, you need to have multiple clients each month working with you.
The problem with that though, is that trying to manage the work of multiple clients can sometimes feel overwhelming.
That’s why I recommend that you should outsource to get some help with scheduling pins for your clients.
This allows you to help more clients and make money while working less hours.

I started my own online marketing business helping clients with website traffic, blog writing, social media and lead generation.
At first, I tried doing all the work myself.
I quickly got burnt out. I found myself working past 40 hours per week, stuck to my laptop everyday and it was emotionally draining.
That’s why after I had a few clients, I started outsourcing some of my work to virtual assistants and freelancers.
This helped me get my time back and allowed me to focus on other areas of my business like sales and marketing.
I was able to spend more time selling and getting additional clients and now I have a six figure business!
When you outsource some of your work to other people you get your time back.
Its impossible to do everything yourself in your business.
If you want to scale your revenue, you need that extra time to find additional clients so your business can make more money.
Outsourcing frees up your time so that you can spend more time your family, your children, traveling or just doing things you enjoy.
Most people don’t start a business to be a slave to their laptops right?
But this is what happens to a lot of business owners, especially freelancers, social media managers, virtual assistants and Pinterest managers.
Create a Pinterest Management Agency
The solution to this dilemma is to outsource some of your Pinterest work.
You can hire a virtual assistant and start a mini marketing agency.
The reason why I call it a “mini” agency is because you don’t need to hire a lot of people.
You can just have a small team of two to three people helping you.
Or you can hire more, its totally up to you.
The great thing about Pinterest management is that most of the work is scheduling pins on tools like Tailwind.
You can easily give that task to a virtual assistant who can help you schedule pins each month.
What About Pricing?
When you start outsourcing you want to make sure that you price your Pinterest management services enough so that you can make a profit.
You pay the freelancer a portion of the monthly rate you charge your clients and then you keep a portion of it.
One thing you don’t want to do is to charge too low.
You should also charge a flat monthly rate for Pinterest management.
What If I am a Total Beginner?
If you are just starting out, I would recommend that you just work solo for your first one to three clients.
After client number three you can start outsourcing the work.
Doing this allows you to get experience working with your clients Pinterest accounts.
It also gives you the experience so that you feel comfortable directing other people you hire to do the work properly.
